Open daily routes and ensure efficient planning.
Monitor driver progress and delivery timings throughout the day.
Use routing software to optimize routes and save time and fuel.
Confirm delivery teams daily and prepare paperwork for routes.
Maintain professional communication with staff, customers, and vendors.
Prepare daily route paperwork and review route sheets for efficiency.
Coordinate with dispatch and customers to address inquiries and issues.
Submit daily delivery reports and route adjustments to management.
Review processes for adherence to standards and identify improvements.
