Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians to designated locations based on schedules, requests, and needs.
• Open driving routes daily; ensure routes are planned and prepared.
• Monitor driver progress and track route schedules and delivery timings.
• Use routing software to optimize daily routes and save time and fuel.
• Schedule and confirm daily delivery teams; ensure readiness for deployment.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, customers, and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork for daily routes and next-day deliveries; ensure accuracy.
• Read route sheets and plan trips to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate with drivers to assess schedules, timing, and issues.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers as needed.
