Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to support delivery and customer service teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards.

You’ll monitor daily delivery operations, coordinate with drivers and dispatch, train new staff, manage office and driver schedules, and oversee inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL locations while driving cost and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• 3PL operations experience preferred.
• Experience in routing, dispatching, and warehouse management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements.
