Job summary

FusionSite is hiring a Routing and Dispatcher to act as the bridge between drivers and customers, relaying delivery instructions and updates. You will support management and office teams with daily finance, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, tracking routes, and ensuring efficient service within the defined area. Proficiency with routing software and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with others while multitasking several schedules and priorities at once.
• Experience with CRO or TRUX Preferred.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure and calm others while sorting out problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of office management procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Route logistics or similar software programs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as intermediary between drivers and customers and communicates delivery/pickup instructions.
• Schedules and dispatches drivers and crews according to schedules and needs.
• Communicates daily assignments to drivers and tracks progress.
• Monitors drivers' route performance and escalates issues to management.
• Contacts team members via phone, radio, or text.
• Resolves problems or payment questions with customers or supervisors.
• Prepares daily routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Reviews routes weekly to ensure efficiency within service area.
• Collaborates with Customer Service to ensure paid-for services are delivered.
• Provides end-of-day reporting for incomplete assignments.
• Assists Billing/Accounts Receivable and general office duties as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
