Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Routing & Dispatch to support day-to-day routing, dispatching, and delivery objectives for a major client. The role focuses on monitoring motor carrier performance and providing proactive feedback to management to maximize productivity.

The position involves collaboration with customer care to troubleshoot delivery issues, working in an office or warehouse, and using routing software to improve efficiency and meet client standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operational management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with dispatching software (Samsara, Dispatch Track) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and checking on delivery status.
• Ability to embrace new technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day routing and dispatching operations for delivering client objectives.
• Monitor motor carrier performance and provide feedback to location management.
• Assist customer care in monitoring and troubleshooting delivery issues.
• Work in office or warehouse to maximize site performance.
• Maintain relationships with location management, peers, motor carriers, client employees, and other managers.
• Utilize client-specific routing software to optimize routes.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next-day delivery.
• Handle escalations from the client and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by client requirements.
