Job summary

UST Logistical Systems is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle scheduling and payment processing for deliveries. You will be a key part of our operations, executing E3 principles and ensuring accurate records with customers and accounts.

You will answer routing calls, assist with inquiries and escalations, support drivers on their routes, and prepare Route Summary Reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing software will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Able to adapt to urgent customer service demands.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and routing tools.
• Routing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer the Routing phone line and resolve issues or escalate to the supervisor.
• Assist with customer support inquiries and escalation resolution.
• Support drivers en route and update supporting documentation.
• Determine and add all store stops.
• Export and email Route Summary Reports for assigned accounts on schedule.
• Identify and label all stops that are not basic deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records on all customer interactions.
• Monitor and manage the assigned client inbox and accounts.
• Perform related duties to support department and company goals.
• Communicate with other departments and vendors to support routing, claims, and compliance.
• Utilize routing software to maximize daily driver routes.
