Literati is seeking a Logistics Routing Administrator to manage routing, carrier coordination, and end-to-end transportation planning. You will collaborate with fulfillment centers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and accurate routing information across the shipping lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting database maintenance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Experience with carriers, warehouses, or transportation partners.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and communicate transportation routes with carriers and fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate the full transportation lifecycle from warehouse route planning to final-mile planning.
• Ensure fulfillment centers receive routing information in advance of scheduled shipment dates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements, transfers, and deliveries.
• Monitor transportation execution to ensure routes and delivery plans stay on schedule.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination with carrier representatives regarding routing and pickups.
• Communicate transportation plans and changes to all appropriate parties.
• Support transportation databases, reporting, and compliance requirements.
