Almstead Tree & Shrub Care is seeking a Routing Coordinator in New Rochelle, NY to organize daily routes for Plant Health Care and Lawn Care Technicians, ensuring efficient service and a top-notch customer experience.

You will build schedules based on geography and workload, communicate with customers by phone and email, support technicians with service history and orders, and help with billing and data entry while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administration, dispatch, scheduling or coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize daily routes for Plant Health Care and Lawn Care Technicians based on geography and workload.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding appointments and scheduling requests.
• Serve as primary contact for technicians with service history and orders.
• Review work orders and enter data into company systems.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and vehicle logistics.
• Support billing and accounts receivable activities and office tasks.
