Job summary

Almstead Tree & Shrub Care Co. in New York State is seeking a Routing Coordinator to organize daily routes for Plant Health Care and Lawn Care Technicians, ensuring efficient service and an exceptional customer experience.

You will coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and field staff, and support billing and administrative tasks, while maintaining accurate records and prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in administrative, customer service, dispatch, scheduling, routing or coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Lower Westchester County or ability to learn territories quickly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize daily routes and schedules for technicians.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email about appointments and reschedules.
• Serve as primary contact for technicians with property, service history and instructions.
• Enter service data into company systems and maintain records.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, inventory, and vehicle logistics.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, reporting, and admin functions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to callers, walk-ins, and team members.
• Assist with database maintenance and contract administration.
