Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Routing Coordinator to support delivery routing operations from Conklin, NY. You will enter customers, maintain route data, plot locations on maps, and build a travel network to ensure on-time deliveries using routing software and MS Office tools.

The role requires 2 years of transportation experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years transportation experience.
• Experience working with routing software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with appropriate team members to provide accurate routes for deliveries.
• Enter new customers into the routing system database.
• Maintain on-time delivery data within internal database.
• Plot customer locations on digital maps.
• Build travel network using digital maps.
• Perform routing database maintenance.
• Interface with routing-based systems.
• Create, edit, and distribute routing data reports and coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and sales management.
• Utilize appropriate tools to create dynamic routing.
• Create and assign accurate and cost-effective routes by implementing delivery window improvements.
• Create and maintain a feedback system from drivers regarding routing.
