Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Route Supervisor in Broadview Heights, OH to oversee a team of drivers. You will supervise daily routes, coach staff, and ensure safety and service standards are met, while handling performance management and incidents.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, 19+ years old, and the ability to travel between offices as needed. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GED preferred.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• DOT Medical Card required prior to hire.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 2 years; no DUI/OVI in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and performance of route drivers.
• Train, coach, and direct employees to improve performance.
• Monitor quality and safety standards; ensure compliance goals are met.
• Plan, distribute, and follow-up on daily route assignments to service customers per standards.
• Conduct investigations for accidents, injuries, and property damage.
