AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic Full-time Route Supervisor to join our team. This role works Monday through Friday, dayshift, overseeing route operations and coordinating drivers to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21+ to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Review profitability reports from supervisors and managers.
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manage Drivers.
• Implement headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Support company programs and branch goals.
• Monitor branch inventory, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.

• Assists in the training and development of team members

Requirements:
