Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor for Butler, PA. This day-shift role runs Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holidays, and offers opportunities for training and growth within a respected national food service company.

The candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass the DOT physical. Prior vending experience and strong interpersonal skills are a plus for maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Review profitability reports for accounts.
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manage Drivers.
• Implement headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Support company programs and branch goals.
• Monitor branch inventory, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels and consumption.
• Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Route Supervisor in Butler, PA. This is a day-shift position working Monday - Friday, first shift, no weekends or holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers

• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle

• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
