Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is hiring a full-time Route Supervisor for Butler, PA. This day-shift role (Monday–Friday) focuses on leading routes, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining safety standards.

You will train team members, review profitability, and support branch goals while cultivating strong customer relationships. A strong driver management mindset and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members.
• Review profitability reports at accounts.
• Lead projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manage drivers and branch operations.
• Support promotional activities and goals.
• Monitor inventory, labor, waste, and consumption.
• Address customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Route Supervisor in Butler, PA. This is a day-shift position working Monday - Friday, first shift, no weekends or holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
