Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Service Route Supervisor to lead route operations in Seymour, IN. You will supervise drivers, maintain customer relationships, and ensure efficient field operations while upholding AVI's standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and 21 years or older to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in vending or field service preferred.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the training and development of team members.
• Reviews reports for profitability at accounts.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manages Drivers.
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Supports company programs and branch goals.
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
