Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Full-time Route Supervisor to join our Butler, PA team. This day-shift role (Monday–Friday) focuses on leading routes, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will train team members, review profitability reports with supervisors, and drive branch initiatives under the Branch Manager, while coordinating with drivers and supporting inventory and labor optimization.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members.
• Reviews reports for profitability at accounts.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manages Drivers.
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities.
• Supports company programs and branch goals.
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption.
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Other duties as required.
