Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking a Route Supervisor in the United States to lead a team of drivers, messengers and guards supporting Cash in Transit operations. You will supervise daily routing, safety, and compliance to ensure secure service for customers.

The role requires 3+ years in transportation/logistics, a valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one, and a commitment to enforcing security procedures while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Three years of operations experience in transportation or logistics.
• Must meet applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid firearms permit or be able to obtain one.
• Must have a valid guard card or ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to CIT employees.
• Oversee daily operations including route efficiency, scheduling, and branch opening/closing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment ensuring employees return home safely.
• Coach and develop employees on a regular basis.
• Utilize systems and process improvements to drive efficiency and security.
