Job summary

Brink's is seeking a Route Supervisor responsible for supervising a team of drivers and guards supporting Cash in Transit operations. The role involves ensuring accountability and security, overseeing daily operations, and providing coaching for ongoing development.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of operations experience, a valid firearms permit, and strong problem-solving skills to maintain a safe working environment while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• Must satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line supervision to CIT employees.
• Oversee daily operations including route efficiency and scheduling.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for CIT employees.
• Provide coaching and skill development to employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assist management to meet branch goals.
