Job summary

Brink’s U.S., a leading armored car and cash management provider, seeks a Manager – Route Logistics II in Grand Rapids, MI. You will supervise drivers, messengers, and guards; oversee up to 15 routes and 600+ ATMs, ensuring safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership and security-focused execution. The position emphasizes adherence to DOT, firearms licensing, and security controls, with opportunities to optimize routes and workforce performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in transportation/logistics
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• Class B CDL with air brakes
• DOT requirements compliance
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one
• Guard card or eligibility to obtain
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Supervise Route Logistics team at the market location
• Ensure route efficiency through interaction with market staff and route analysis
• Maintain safe environment and ensure team returns home safely
• Drive process improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain high-quality customer service
• Secure inventories and enforce security procedures; reduce risk and injuries
• Schedule and develop staff; maintain positive employee relations
• Uphold integrity and high ethical standards while protecting Brink’s reputation
