Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's, Incorporated, has a challenging opportunity for a Manager - Route Logistics II. The role leads a dedicated Route Logistics team across multiple routes and assets, driving efficiency, safety, and security across operations outside the facility.

The position requires coordinating with on-site teams, enforcing security measures, and delivering high-quality services to customers while maintaining excellent employee relations and integrity.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Minimum of Class B with air brakes driver's license, and able to satisfy DoT requirements.
• Minimum of 21 years of age and valid firearms/guard licensing as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line supervision to Route Logistics team members at one of the market locations.
• Ensure route logistics efficiency through interaction with market employees and route analysis.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment to ensure employees return home safely.
• Leverage systems and processes to drive cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and customer service, protecting Brink's reputation.
