The Brink’s Company is seeking a Route Supervisor in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will supervise a team responsible for Cash in Transit functions, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coaching employees, and maintaining compliance with safety and security regulations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of operations experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid firearms permit is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing.

• Oversee daily operations including route efficiency and scheduling.
