Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, accounting, logistics, or office support (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay organized and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile driver paperwork, delivery tickets, and invoices
• Investigate overages, shortages, returns, and product discrepancies
• Verify route information and ensure system accuracy
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly variances
• Partner with drivers, supervisors, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
• Support training on route settlement and end-of-day processes
• Identify errors and improve process accuracy
