The role emphasizes a 4-Day workweek majority, no nights or weekends, and a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour with potential bonuses and commission after route assignment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certificate required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
