Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products, with a four-day workweek and a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour.

Primary responsibilities include building rapport with customers, solving issues, upselling services, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
