Job summary
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.
It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commission potential
Qualifications
- Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
- Active driver's license required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
