Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

You will be the face of Cintas to customers, build rapport with decision makers, upsell and cross-sell, and renew service agreements while controlling inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or Military service.
• Active driver's license and ability to pass DOT requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and represent Cintas to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Renew service agreements and manage inventory while ensuring safety.
• Meet DOT driving requirements and follow vehicle regulations.
