Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-based environment
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops, including lifting and carrying equipment
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and pro-active problem solving
• Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle; routes are assigned to build rapport with customers
• Customer service and relationship-building are crucial in this position
