Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts in the West Palm Beach area. The role involves operating a company-owned van, maintaining equipment, and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include delivering cleaning services on a regular schedule, upselling products, and ensuring satisfaction through proactive problem solving. Must meet DOT driving requirements and hold a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from multiple stops daily, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customers.
• Respond to inquiries and proactively solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicle interior; routes and customers assigned to build rapport.
