Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts in a route-based role. The position requires safe driving of a DOT-classified vehicle and a strong focus on customer relationships to drive additional product and service adoption.

Key responsibilities include delivering clean surfaces with no-touch equipment, maintaining the vehicle and equipment, and solving customer issues with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from numerous stops daily and handle equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and proactively solve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicle interior; build rapport with customers.
• Customer service and relationship-building are crucial to success.
