Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts on assigned routes. You’ll deliver reliable, no-touch cleaning services and maintain strong customer relationships.

Daily responsibilities include driving a company van to scheduled stops, upgrading current accounts with additional products, and ensuring equipment and vehicle interiors are kept in excellent condition. DOT compliance and a solid customer-service mindset are essential.

Formación

• DOT requirements: active driver’s license, 21+ years old, obtain DOT medical certification, provide prior employment docs.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet physical demands.
• Self-motivation with teamwork to meet goals.
• Professionalism and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
• Drive a company van to multiple stops and manage equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and proactively solve problems.
• Maintain and clean equipment and vehicle interior.
• Build rapport with customers through regular interactions.
