Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts on a daily route. You will drive a company van, clean surfaces with no-touch equipment, and sell additional products to existing customers while maintaining strong service levels.

Applicants must meet DOT requirements, hold an active driver's license, be at least 21, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting and carrying equipment into and out of customer accounts.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactive problem solving.
• Cleaning and maintaining the equipment and interior of the vehicle; build rapport with customers serviced.
• Customer service and relationship-building is crucial in this position.
