Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts. The role involves visiting customers on a regular schedule, selling additional products, and maintaining clean, safe equipment and vehicles.

Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements for driving a heavy vehicle, hold a valid license, and be at least 21 with a DOT medical certificate. Strong customer service orientation and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from customer stops; lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customers.
• Respond to inquiries and requests; engage in pro-active problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment and vehicle interior; follow assigned routes to build rapport with customers.
• Prioritize customer service and relationship-building in daily tasks.
