Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items.

You will be the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with decision makers, solving concerns, and upselling additional products and services while ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Active driver’s license and minimum age 21.
• DOT medical certification and prior employment documentation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Strong customer service orientation and reliable, team‑oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

Route Service Representative – Rental Division

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Active driver's license and at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification and documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, organization and service spirit.

Other Information

Schedule: Full Time, 1st Shift. Majority of work is on a 4‑Day workweek with no nights or weekends. The position offers base salary plus commission after assignment, monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Training includes a comprehensive 10‑week program.
