Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required.
• Possession of a clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and following regulations.
