Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, balancing customer service with sales growth. You will deliver and pick up garments, assist the service team, and ensure accurate, on-time service while maintaining safety and strong customer relationships.

This field-based role offers commission from day one and opportunities to upsell products, driving route growth and earning potential. Monday–Friday daytime schedule, with consistent routes and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work independently on a route.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with sales activities to grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
