Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services. We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commission potential after route

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
