Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route to service and sell uniforms and related products, with a 4-day workweek and minimal nights or weekends.

You are the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, and upselling additional products. You will also handle renewals and ensure safe driving in compliance with DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
