Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in Stevens Point, WI to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and other facility service products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek for most routes and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required before start.
• Documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while upholding safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
