Job summary

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of UniFirst on the road, delivering and picking garments, building strong relationships with customers, and upholding safety and service standards.

You will manage an assigned route, support daily operations, upsell garments and products, operate the company walk-in truck, and maintain a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Quebec Class 5 driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver on-time service, grow customer relationships, and upsell products.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety first.
• Maintain inventory, troubleshoot service issues, and ensure safety standards.
• Follow a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with consistency across the same customers.
