Job summary

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of UniFirst, delivering and picking garments on an assigned route, building relationships with customers, and representing a company with a nationwide presence. You will manage deliveries, assist service teams, and grow accounts while maintaining safety and reliability.

This field-based role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, and earnings through commissions from day one.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with clean record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new technologies to improve operations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on your route; deliver and pick garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks; start each day accurately.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships; upsell garments and products to enhance experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow route and earnings potential.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes; prioritize safety.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments; stay energized and safety-focused.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours; no nights or weekends.
