Job summary

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to deliver and pick up garments on a dedicated route. You will build strong customer relationships, ensure on-time service, and represent the company with professionalism in a fast-paced, field-based role.

You will earn commissions from day one and have opportunities to grow your route and earnings. A safety-first mindset and reliable transportation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks and ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service: on-time deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships: build rapport and introduce new garments/products.
• Drive sales growth: identify upsell opportunities to expand route earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the road: operate company truck on designated routes with safety first.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory while complying with safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
