Job summary

UniFirst Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accuracy, and drive consistent, reliable service on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

As the face of UniFirst, you will identify upsell opportunities, grow routes, and uphold safety and service standards in a dynamic field-based role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on the assigned route.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Load and unload route trucks; ensure accuracy at the start of each day.
• Maintain on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes safely.
• Engage in indoor and outdoor work with energy and attention to safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
