Job summary

New System in Kent, WA is seeking a Route Relief Customer Service Rep to cover routes as needed and keep customers stocked and happy.

You will deliver and pick up linens, verify tickets, manage inventory, document service on mobile, and assist customers with issues. Must have a valid driver’s license, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable using mobile apps. Weekend on-call coverage is paid.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; able to drive a box truck with training provided.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable using mobile apps daily.
• Background check and drug screening required for fleet drivers.
• Paid weekend coverage; On-call Sat/Sun 8:00am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Cover routes as assigned (PTO coverage, open routes, call-outs, growth).
• Deliver and pick up linens and supplies; verify tickets and collect signatures.
• Manage customer inventory levels and keep them stocked.
• Document service, routes, and updates using mobile tools.
