Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking up garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will support operations, ensure accurate daily starts, and represent the company on the road with a focus on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required with clean driving record; 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using and learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact on the assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of each day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, address service needs, and upsell garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritizing safety.
• Engage in both indoor and outdoor work environments with energy and attention to safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and comply with safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule serving the same customers weekly.
