Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Madison, TN is looking for a Route Service Representative to serve as the face of the company on assigned accounts. You will retain customers, grow revenue, negotiate renewals, and ensure efficient route operations while delivering clean linen and maintaining inventory levels.

The role requires strong customer service or sales experience, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work up to 10 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service and/or sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle 700 lb linen carts.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of NOVO Health, building trust with account decision makers.
• Retain and grow current account revenue and negotiate renewals.
• Ensure route efficiency, load/unload trucks, and on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and plant personnel.
• Identify prospects and communicate referrals to sales leadership.
• Maintain professional appearance and route equipment.
