NOVO Health Services in Rockmart, GA is hiring a Route Service Representative for a full-time role. The RSR will be the face of Novo, maintaining relationships with hospitals, ensuring on-time delivery of clean linen, and solving problems to grow route revenue.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, driving 26-28 ft trucks, and clear communication with customers, plant staff, and sales leadership to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in customer service and/or sales.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to operate 26–28 ft straight trucks and maintain clean, safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Follow all safety laws and corporate policies.
• Be the face of Novo Health Services to accounts and end users.
• Grow existing business by identifying additional products and services.
• Ensure route efficiency, maximize revenue, and control costs.
• Negotiate renewals and seek referrals from current accounts.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure route completion.
