Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services along with upselling within an existing base.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs and have an active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and provide documentation of prior employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers as the face of Cintas.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
