Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and pickup up uniforms and facility services on an established route, with a physical, fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement.

The position emphasizes a four-day workweek, strong base pay with commission potential after route assignment, and minimal nights or weekends.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job and provide prior employment documentation.

Mansioni

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
