Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division in Onalaska, WI. Team members drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and facility products.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with most shifts not including nights or weekends, plus a solid base salary with commission after route assignment and ongoing training to build world-class customer service

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements: active driver's license, 21+ years of age, DOT medical certificate, provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
