Cintas Corporation in the United States is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products.

Qualifications

• DOT requirements: must be eligible to drive a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification
• Minimum age 21 with clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products

Responsabilités

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
